For nearly 10 years, Carol Hegedus, owner/artist of Handmade Tile Studio has created decorative ceramic art tiles that are inspired by nature -- in the shape of birds, flowers, leaves, insects, etc.  Each tile is hand-cut of high fire clay, is glazed, detailed, and kiln fired several times.  The tiles are brilliantly colored and of the highest quality and artisanship.  Each tile is one-of-a-kind -- slight variations in size, color, or accents add to the charm of each piece.  The tiles are 3/16th inch thick and are weather tolerant, even in the harshest climates.
